Due to re-organization, Sony had chosen to disposition manufacturing assets used in the production of LCD-TV to include SMT, Test and Final Assembly.

Tekmart as appointed sole Asset Manger for the engagement  was tasked to disposition the Sony  manufacturing plant located in Mexicali. The production facility  consisted of  1,000,000+ Sq Ft, well over 20  SMT production Lines, 5 LCD TV Final Assembly Lines, Test & Measurement equipment and much more.

Tekmart's global marketing engine far surpassed the expectations for investment recovery, project execution and delivery by the Sony organization. Tekmart in under 10 weeks successfully negotiated  the sale of the entire assets under-management; allowing Sony to move forward with its strategic initiatives.
